I recycle most of my newspapers. I do save some for various uses. We use newspaper in our garden when we are planting new plants or want to de-weed. Put several layers of newspaper down and cover with mulch. I use newspapers to wash my windows. I use them in wet tennis shoes to absorb the moisture and in stinky tennis shoes to absorb the odor. We put them down when we are doing a messy chore such as painting, re-potting plants, doing craft projects. I often clip out articles and send them to people I think might find them interesting. There are humane societies and animal rescue organizations that can use them as well as schools for art classes.

I live in New Orleans...We have a gathering called a boil. That's where we boil 50#-100# of fresh seafood. We spread the boil on newspaper. There never seems to be enough.

If you have a fireplace there is a thing you can buy that wraps them tightly in to a fire log. Or, you refuse company should offer recycle bins for free.

Oh, dont toss them, donate them to the humane society or your local puppy/pet store. They need these desperately, since they use more than they can store on a daily basis.

you wad it up or roll it up in a long strip and put super glue on it, and paint it and put some water proof spray on it and put in in the cracks in your window or along your door way to block out cold air or to block out heat during the summer while cooling your home. and use it for your pets poop. or to teach your dogie to wee wee in a certain spot. and to put down around your floors and furniture if your painting.

Give it to the homeless, I am sure they need something to sleep on during those cold chilly nights.

you can recycle them, use them to dry your windows after washing them, donate to animal shelter or to a local bum to use as blankets
