>Hell, I feared going there before there were terror alerts or George's Wars. The best part of visiting a big city (anywhere) is leaving.<

Absolutely not, I would go there tomorrow given the chance, its somewhere I have always wanted to go and I will one day, I have never been one to give in to terrorism and still won't, I would never travel without my husband either so our philosophy is, if were going to go to our maker by air terrorism then were going together, life is too short as it is and you should never stop doing the things you love because of hatred.

I will not give in and let these terrorists run my life and scare me .
I just can not live my life that way . I think we should be aware of our suroundings and alert to strange activity , and just go on with daily activities . Anything more is giving in to there game !

You shouldnt be afraid to travel to NY. I lived there when 9-11 occured, and they have serious security there like never before.
Its as safe as any place can be in this day and age!
