Need To Replace Front passenger CV boot, I may just replace the whole halfshaft. Need a good manual to guide me, I prefer non cd based manuals.

You can purchase one from the parts house for < $20.00, or you can get the information you need from the library. If you want factory manual (as opposed to Children's or Haynes [I know, spelling intentional]) you can go to this Link and order one.------>

By the way, I recommend you replace the shaft with an exchange. They aren't that expensive anymore, and you get a warranty with it.
One thing to consider, replace both at the same time to avoid the potential of "Torque Steer". ONE loose or worn joint should not cause this condition, but in some cases, it does.
Good luck
