Not true- my friend had an ectopic pregnancy and it caused he to lose the baby and one fallopian tube. However, she had a son about a year and a half later. No problems at all Once you have an ectopic it is always something you need to be cautious of as your chances of it happening again are higher.

If the ectopic pregnancy ruptures, then it may be more difficult to get pregnant, but definitely not impossible. You have an ovary on each side. If the ectopic pregnancy was caught before rupturing, and the woman was administered Methotrexate injections, or given laparoscopic surgery to remove it, her chances for pregnancy in the future are excellent. Your question is a bit unclear , so I am covering my bases. If you are asking whether a baby can be born from an ectopic pregnancy, it is impossible. Every ectopic pregnancy ends in the death of the embryo by rupture of the fallopian tube, or by removal. There is no way a baby can be carried and born in this manner. I hope this helps.

Sometimes, the baby growing in a fallopian tube can damage that tube or even break through it. As long as the other tube is fine, there is a high chance of pregnancy again.
