Wow! That's weird! I once asked a question why boys feel that way about girls. I'm smart, and I would love to have a smart boyfriend instead of just attracting losers. In high school it seems to be the opposite because I'm a smart girl and boys really aren't interested in me romantically. Anyways, to answer your question you need to find a smart girl who appreciates you as you are.

Becuase girls 18-25 want to have fun. Intelligent guys are tend to be "tightly wound"

Truly intelligent people never have to prove their intelligence and never broadcast it. People who think they are intelligent are constantly trying to prove or show it, sometimes by trying to make others feel unintelligent. A superiority complex is a major turnoff for everyone. On the other hand, girls just want to have fun!! Can you have fun and still be intelligent??

no, you're probably too smart that you come off as a smart azz and they feel they don't want to say something dumb in front of you. Maybe if you just tone down your intelligence a bit by pretending you do not know something and let others feel like they do so that the girl can feel like she knows something that you don't. She'll love you because she'll feel self-worth. Damn I should be making bank off my questions, but someday I will.

When i was that age i was looking to find if they really existed. Most of them just wanted sex. It might scare some off but it would not have me. maybe you are looking at the wrong girls.
I wasn't a nerd and I wasn't a tramp. look in the middle. I was friends on both sides. Would have been nice to have had a smart guy to help bring up my 3.5 to a 4.0 who knows may have went further in life:-)

girls scare to guys intelligence? how can you come into that conclusion? as far as I know, many of my friends (may be including myself) adore of a cool smart guy in our school.

Because smart men have confidence and are harder to 'whoop' or control since he's not weak minded and easy to overstep. He wears the pants in the family and not her. Most women want to be in control over their men so they feel superior & powerful since they've put the man beneath her.
Not for me!!! I want a MANLY-MAN! But he has to treat me right too!!!
