Okay. So I'm a freshman in high school, and I have a small group of friends, who really aren't that nice to me. So I'm thinking of making new friends. There's this new girl, who seems really nice, and is soooooooo much like me! She likes similar bands, horseback riding, dresses like me, so I think we would get along. Problem is, I was about to sit with her in lunch, but my ex-friend, a girl i can't STAND, plopped down instead. I mean, I guess I could be friends with her again, but she won't want to be friends with me because of what my sister said about her. ANyway, how could I make friends with this new girl?

Your ex-friend cannot blame YOU for what your sister said to her. Just sit by the new girl too. If the new girl likes you more than her, then the new girl will just drop your ex-friend and become your best friend.
