its that exatly! DONT eat. I tried every diet on earth and the ONLY thing that helped me lose weight and having a GREAT happy feeling was when i didnt eat anything for 12 hours. I drank lots of water and took multi vitamins. after 12 hours you dont even feel hungry anymore. In 2 days? I LOST EIGHT POUNDS!! Good luck try it!

you might have a certain condition where your body doesn't react to dieting at all. i forget what it's called, one of my friends had it a few summers ago when she started a weight-loss program and didn't see any results. go to your doctor and have them check it out.
also, like i saw another woman post earlier, try pilates. i use windsor pilates circle and love it! i've shed pounds since i started it mid-august. if you catch the informercial (usually on sunday mornings) you can get the complete system for $9.95, compared to their normal $40 program. really, check it out. if you don't like it, they'll give you your money back.

My sister-in-law followed the "slim in 6" diet and exercise program.... It worked VERY well, but you have to really stick with it for 6 weeks. There are some other programs at this site too. You might look in to them.....
