It says that I need to fill social motive. I'm wondering if this just means to keep my social "meter" up to the top or what?

if its sims 2 on gameboy or ds then it means talk to 3 ppl in your group succesfully like romance or popularity whatever you picked at the start of the game.
If its on sims 2 for ps2 then you have to get a friend or best friend or possibly green bar up.

Your sim needs to talk to other sims or otherwise do something social. There is a social "meter" that goes from green to red, just like the hunger "meter", or whatever it is called.

All u need to do is talk to ur friends in that area do social actions like "draw portrait" or "Slap"
they all fill ur motive but be careful....this can have an effect on how they treat u back

it means interact with others by phone, taking whatever just make it so theres alot of green in the socail meter kk
