All normal 16 year-old boys masturbate. Average, according to internet polls, is around 9 times a week.
There's no "shoulds" on such matters. Do whatever you WANT to do, (or not, as the case may be), provided you cause nobody else any harm, and don't involve minors.

It is very normal to masturbate at 16. I started at 13 and still do it every day and I'm 27 and in a great relationship and have sex 4-5 times a week. If you don;t masturbate you will go crazy. You got to have some way to release you sexual tension.

it is perfectly normal to still materbate! im married and i still do it occasionaly. dont have sex wait till your finished with school and you are in a commited relationship
