I'm freezing, very achey, and have a 101 degree temperature. My sinuses has acted up little, but I dont know why I'm feeling so bad.

Sounds like the flu. Drink lots of clear liquids and if you are still have a temperature and are not better by morning or get worse during the night, go to the ER or a 24 hour clinic. Try a cold or flu treatment over the counter for this evening.

You answered your own question, you are sick. Some people with a body temp just one degree over normal can feel absolutely terrible. Buy some tylenol sinus and see what happens , if it does not go away in a few days, then you need an antibiotic.

Take some Nyquil if you are old enough and if you still have fever tomorrow, go see the doctor and find out if you have a sinus infection. Take any antibiodics as directed, don't drink any alcohol and finish the entire bottle..to avoid breeding your own personal supervirus. REST..drink alot of water and OJ.

sounds like you common cold symptoms,take a cold medication and see if it does the trick.can't say if it is a upper resp.infection cause you did not say any thing about your chest.
