can i get a company to fill my pool or do i have to use the hose?

Yes, there are companies that will fill your pool, but it can be costly. About 300dollars or more. If they come out and the water is in a plastic container, send it back. It needs to be delivered in a stainless steel truck. Also, we checked with the company that we bought our pool from, and the lady said "fill it with a hose". That is how they did their inground pool. No difference. Good Luck!

When we first filled our pool, we hired the Fire Department to fill our pool. I live in a rural area, but it seems that wherever you live, you can get someone to fill your pool most of the way instead of using your hose. Also, if you use your hose, you are going to have a lot of water treatment to do to get rid of all the crap in the water.

Try calling your local fire dept. They might be able to do it on a slow day.
