It's possible to become pregnant at anytime of the month, the first week after your period is a very fertile time but I doubt very much you would feel the symptoms of pregnancy this early on. Visit your doctor if your worried or do not want a baby. Realisticly, having unprotected sex... your planning a baby!

Well, you can get pregnant 4 days after your period....however, most women seem to become most fertile about a week afterwards. I say that you can, because me and my husband concieved our son about 2 days after my period ended. However, it does take like 2 days for the egg and sperm to actually implant. So you could just be feeling sick because your worried about it. My Dr. told me that morning sickness usually begins at about a month and lasts till the 2nd trimester. However, I do know women that got sick within the week. So, all it is is a waiting game from here out. If ur not pregnant, consider getting put on some type of birth contol, or us condems. Many states are now selling the morning after pill at local walmarts, but that should be used only in case of emergencies and is best if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.

It depends on how long your bleeding was. Usually you are fertile 12-14 days into your cycle. But sperm can live up to 5 days in the vagina. So, counting backwards having sex 7 days after from the start of you period could possibly result in a pregnancy.

Okay, numbers done with. It's not very likely, unless you're 18 and super fertile. Relax and take a pregnancy test as early as possible.

Sound like guilt, not anything else.

Use protection.

You will most likely NOT get pregnant four days after your period has ended. BUT it is possible. However, even if you WERE pregnant, you wouldn't feel sick a week later.
