The inverse of the natural log (ln) is to raise e (2.71828...) to that power.

So put e to the power of both sides:
e^y = e^ln x

But e^ln x = x, so:
e^y = x

Reversing it:
x = e^y

y = ln(x)
x = ln(y)
e^x = y

y^-1 = e^x
