Um, keep answering questions and ask less questions. Get some best answers, and stop complaining. Look at the people that are already at level 5. How do you think they got there? They didn't sit and ask a question saying "I'M NEVER GONNA BE LEVEL 5!" No, and it was a waste to ask this question.

It'll take awhile, but you can if you keep at it. You lose points when you ask a question, though. It took me less than 2 months to get to level 5.
