Well, I'm not much for the genre, but try some smile empty soul. All of their songs are really sad. you might know 'bottom of a bottle".
There is also "With this knife" that helpled me out a lot in a rough spot...

Then, "Rature" by hurt isn't traditional emo, but still very, VERY good.
