First, don't go on any kind of "crash" or "fad" diet because they do not work.
Second, don't cut all your favorite "junk" or "comfort" foods out of your diet all at once. Yes, you should cut down on unhealthy foods, but by completely forbidding them from your diet will not work either and it will just make you more upset and frustrated. You can't make these sort of changes overnight, so start slow and be patient.
Eat healthy. Excercise.
Consult a doctor and nutritionist about how exactly to adjust your diet and exercise programs. They are experts and can help you how to introduce healthy habits into your life. If you are not insured or your insurance will not cover such visits, check with clinics and women's organizations in your area. Many have these programs for women who cannot afford it.
Best of luck to you in your pursuit of a healthier life.

Gaining weight can be due to various reasons. Just check your general health, whether it is not due to harmonal imbalance, thyroid deficiency, just over eating and doing no excercise. Avoid all fats, junk food like pizza, burgers, chips, cool drinks, eat
lot of fresh vegetables, sprouts, brown bread, salads, etc. Go for long walks, atleast for 45 min both in the morning and evening. drink lot of water. If there is a will there is a way, good luck

Liposuction: Liposuction is a procedure that can help sculpt the body by removing unwanted fat from specific areas, including the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin, cheeks and neck. During the past decade, liposuction, which is also known as "lipoplasty" or "suction lipectomy," has benefited from several new refinements. Today, a number of new techniques, including ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty (UAL), the tumescent technique, and the super-wet technique, are helping many plastic surgeons to provide selected patients with more precise results and quicker recovery times. Although no type of liposuction is a substitute for dieting and exercise, liposuction can remove stubborn areas of fat that don't respond to traditional weight-loss methods...Good luck buddy.

The doctors say :-
"Energy gained (-) energy lost = your weight/physique"
It is simply the set of habits which affects one's weight. If you cautiously observe yourself, you will find that you tend to avoid frequent bodily movement. For example, after finishing a book, if you are required to keep it in its place, for the time being you will keep it wherever you are sitting and keep it in its place later, when you are required to do some other job, which requires moving away from where you are sitting now. This is not wrong, but by this habit, of not toiling much, you prevent loss of energy and as a result put on weight. Some others have the habit of not relaxing at all; the result? they never put on weight and remain slim and trim.
A simple observation would support my point. There may be someone in your family whose food intake is much more than yours and yet he/she is slimmer. He/she would be in the habit of always remaining on toes and thus, would not allow conservation of energy (unknowingly though).
Even in animals this can be seen. Tiger is agile, Cheetah is more agile, elephant's movements are slower, they seem to remain relaxed. Compare their size and weight.
Keep in mind the formula given at the beginning of this answer and avoid remaining stationed at one place for a long time. Find reasons to give movement to your body. Do not delegate smaller jobs to other members of your family or passers by. Do them yourself. If you develop these habits, you are sure to lose weight.
The golden formula is :
"ENERGY GAINED (-) ENERGY LOST = YOUR WEIGHT"
All the best.

Do little easy things like eating fruit for dessert, or not eating the crusts on your pizza. or replace high caloric fruit juices with something like flavoured water or crystal light. better yet, fruit! when you do have a high caloric drink, fill the glass up with lots of ice, so you're not consuming as much drink. drinking 8 glasses of water a day is really important, because it will keep you filled up so you don't over eat, and flush your body of toxins. eat bitter lettuce before you eat to stimulate your digestive system. and exercise for at least 20 minutes a day! don't do just one type of exercise, you have to do cardiovascular(gets your heart going and burns calories) and fat burning/muscle strengthening. all this and you should loose lots !
