If one street is perfectly horizontal and the other is vertical, they form a 90 degree angle, which make s the two streets perpendicular. 90 degrees is also called a right angle. If the angle is less than 90, the angle formed is acute. If the angle is greater than 90 degrees, the angle formed is obtuse.
