HallOWEEN? i really need help with this one!?
okay so a group of friends and me are all going to be dead cheerleaders! And NO that is not the problem. this is...
we all need to supply our own makeup. were can i find black and white and gray make-up at?
and would the nick-nacery be a good place to buy halloween cheer outfits?
i also need that spraying stuff that you can spray in your hair and it comes out REALLY easy!? what store would they have that at?

Have u tired any halloween stores? Usually they'll have the stuff u need. If not, u can go to a jelwery store like Claire's or Icing. maybe u could try a party store too. Target might have some too.

Wal-mart supercenter carries the hairdye and the makeup once October starts. It's really cheap and not out of the way.

any costume shop, party supply store such as party city, wal-mart definitely. i see it there all the time during halloween season.

Fancy dress shops would be your best bet.

for the makeup, they usually sell it where you get your costume, same with the hair stuff
