yet when it's hot at night you cant get to sleep? how come?

You can always go to sleep anytime... it just depends on whether your body is feeling comfortable at that particular timing. eg, even when you're in the sun but there's a light breeze flowing thru, you'll feel comfortable enough to fall asleep.

Hmmm, that's an interesting question. I guess the sun just naturally tires you out. I guess it's a difference in the source of heat.

Welcome to being what is known as normal.
I hate summer and I have been asking this question all this time.
Sun bathing is illogical since it is far hotter outside that one would ever want it to be indoors.
