12 x 12 = 144, so 12 and 2 are factors
3 x 4 = 12 , so 3 and 4 are factors
1 and 144 are also factors
6 and 8 are factors as well
24 is a factor
If you divide 144 by 3, you get 48, so 48 is a factor
9 x 16 is 144, so 9 and 16 are factors
72 x 2 is 144
4 x 36
