He has the lightest grip on power possible and only because the NDP and Liberals were short what one maybe two MP's?

34% of the seats is hardlyan endorsement of the public . He got a chance he blew it He deserves to be defeated in a non confidence vote because this government has lost the confidence of the people .

If I am wrong he will come back with a majority but I am sure he will put the Conservatives back to the Mulrooney years 2 seats?

What is the difference between a honda and the conservative party ? The Honda seats 4

I don't care where he goes, as long as he goes quickly. It's like a terrible flashback with images of Mulroney go through my head. I just can't understand how over 30% of my fellow Canadians could have voted for this disaster. I don't understand why more people don't vote for the NDP. They represent what is really mainline Canadian thinking on most issues. I think a lot of the votes for the Harpies in the last election was a protest against the Liberals. You have to admit that Martin was inept (I'm not sure that the Liberals are really so corrupt - the press really worked that "Comandite" thing here in Québec, but really they were just acting in "a business like manner" the way that Mulroney had instituted).
As far as sending him to the US. I don't think we should do that. I have nothing against the people of the US. Most of the people I've met are very nice. I wouldn't wish Harper on anyone else. I'm also against Toronto sending its garbage to the states. We should deal with our own junk. In any case, Harper obviously likes the US more than Canada so he will probably go there on his own.
Oh, and to purplewingduck: Harper did not crush the Bloc, he simply pandered to the separatists the way that Mulroney did. He also quickly disillusioned them with his phony position on Québec in UNESCO.

First he'll have to qualify on my trike in rural west virginia, then he'll have to qualify loading hot-standby on the gun rack in a standard cab pick-em-up-truck, then he'll have to submit an original recipe for possum and other small wooodland rodents, he'll next have to break down and lube a Remington in under 20 seconds. Finally, he'll have to recite passages from sweet baby jesus's bible by scripture # like, say I ask him John 3:12:24 go!", he'll need to recite word for word. If not, you can keep him

Typical paranoid delusional Liberal/NDP hysteria !!!!!
Get your facts straight.

Steven Harper is doing a good job. Give him a chance to prove it. It is a refreshing change from the thieving and hypocritical Chretien or any past Liberal leader !!!!!!!!
