Hmmm. You should definatly go to the ob/gyn and see what she says, but if the pain is sharp, you are throwing up, or have diarrhea, get yourself to the doctor right away, it could be appendicitis! This is a serious condition that can often be overlooked because of it's seriousness, and the fact that many think that their pains are just something or other, and unimportant.

I have had alot of problems with ovarian cysts but they normally just go away. One thing I am wondering it sounds like it may also be appendicitis, have you had your appendix out? Cysts are normal unless you have many or they are extremely large. Also if you have a history of ovarian cysts or ovarian cancer they will do a work up on the pap smear to see if it is abnormal or not. A simple CAT scan can determine the size and amount of the cysts. Good Luck!
