I'm presuming you're referring to your breasts.....?
If they're so large they're causing you physical or psychological discomfort then see a doctor. Breast reduction surgery is not all that uncommon these days; it can help relieve back pain, as well as uncomfortable ogling by tactless men.

If u mean your boobs, you can get them reduced. If you have back pain because of it, you can get it covered under health benefits! Ask your doctor about your options.
