If you're looking for comics in cbr/cbz format you can download for free, well, that's illegal. It's no different than Napster and KaZaa for music.

The exception would be free downloads available either from the publisher or the creative team. Marvel Comics (www.marvel.com) has some free downloads. If you want to read old or current issues, pay for them at your local comic shop or buy them at a convention like everybody else.

In Stock Trades (www.instocktrades.com) has significant discounts on - you guessed it - in stock trades. You can find terrific deals on tons of great reading.
