Anything a dermatologist can do? Not a medical procedure, but something more than using cocoa butter.

I dont think you can get rid of strech marks aside lose the weight. Over time they fade. I have some from 5 years ago that were originally dark purple now are my skin tone. I have tried Maderma, Scars gone, Lotion. Nothing works. You are just on of the lucky people like me who gets them. I am not really overweight, I just gained a little too fast and bam.. all over my stomach. SUCKS. I heard laser surgery doesnt work well either.

So just learn to live with it and love yourself.

Well, you can try to use Retin A cream on your stretchmarks as this will plump up the collagen/elastin, copper peptides will also thicken the skin and reduce the redness, alpha hydroxy acids will break down the scar tissue in the stretch mark and jojoba oil and vitmain E will hydrate the area, preventing further stretchmarks.

No cream or procedure can completely eradicate stretch marks, except in the case of removing large amounts of skin that happen to be covered in them. Even laser will only reduce their appearance by fading them and helping to fill them out. Insurance will not pay for this as it is a cosmetic procedure. Good luck : )

Insurance wont pay for cosmetic procedures.
But I happen to like stretch marks on guys. Id much rather be with a guy who looks real than someone who looks like an airbrushed model. I can see that anywhere.
