Hi everybody, thanks for taking time to check out my question...heres my problem
theres this girl in my class, and shes really popular...like the rich girl with all the friends, shes friends with everybody, and is really pretty--all da boys in the grade like her--yes even me
so anyway, i like her as...well...you know...i like-like her, except i think she thinks of me as a friend, i mean we talk like friends, and , but she thinks of me as a friend and i like her
anyway, 2 morrow is her birthday, and since we r just friends, i wanted to get her a little birthday gift--maybe spice up our friendship-- so just some spending money and maybe a card...
BUT HOW MUCH MONEY?????
if i give her 10 bucks, i still think i look kinda cheap
if i give her 15 bucks, it looks like i like her, and i kinda dont want people to know that
how much shood i give her??? im not sure??
also, does anybody have any tips on how 2 tell her i lyk her, and to find out if she feels about me?

and plz dont say earings or a necklace...i have gotten suggestions like that, and its a great idea, but i dont want people to know i like her...im not the best-looking guy in my class, and it would be very embarassing if people knew, cause they would laff at me for not knowing better. i just need a frienly guesture to let her know that im not just somebody to say good morning to.

Hey, take her out for dinner or lunch, and maybe a movie! Your relationship may grow if she says yes to either one of these.
Come across with some confidence that she WILL NOT say no to you asking her out.
She is more likely to go out with you if you have the confidence of a man rather than a shy boy.

Don't give her any money cash as a gift is practical an insult and shows no personality whatsoever. What do you think she is a hooker? Besides 15 buck is probably less than what she spends on hair products per day. Make her a gift that she would like. How about a funny card that shows some personality, and some flowers or chocolates. Not only does it show some class but it Will drop the hint that you think of her as more than just a friend at the same time. Problem solved.

OK buddy money and a card is a no no that is for nieces and nephews and things of that sort. Try flowers. they are a great way to a girl's heart and will also let her know without you saying a word that you are interested especially if there is at least one red rose in the bunch. Good luck.

Give her a bottle of Tommy Hilfiger ladies Cologne that cost approximately $25.00s and a card. Sign your name and write small under the signature " I sure would like to get to know you better" and put a smiling face next to it. "Go for it"

don't do money dude, get her a card and a rose or something. maybe a teddy bear. all i can say is don't do money, if you want to do something like that get a gift certificate to a local mall or a favorite clothing store of hers
