On ebay theres these bags of powder that you mix with clearcoat and spray over a dark basecoat. After several layers you are supposed to get a chameleon effect. The powder sells for about 50 dollars, what is it and is it worth buying?

Listen i dont want people answering my question with these smart *** comments...if i ask about buying a paint assume im a professional, and if you have no knowledge of the subject than dont answer becus the first guy here abviously knows nothing. I NEED SOMBODY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEIR TALKIN ABOUT!

Chameleon (color changing) paint is very expensive.Buying something from ebay for 50 bucks is not going to give you the same results.

Unfortunately this is probably another scam the answer is in your question, Cheap paint, remember you get what you pay for.

You can try this on a skateboard or garbage can -- leave auto finishes to the pros.
