It depends on the first name and your nationality. Why don't you find a popular name from the country your parents comes from and use that. Other good boy middle names are kevin, john,jonathan, david basically bible names. It will be nice if the middle name had a name with meaning.

A good boy middle name is to name it that ugly name is the family that you dont wanna name your kid, but feel bad if you dont put that persons name in there some where... or you could try nice names like: Anthony, Joseph, Antonio, etc... buy some baby books or look it up on line, just do a google search!!

There are so many. My sons middle name is Royal after his dads first name, which was his (my husbands) dads middle name. We are kind of making it a tradition! Good Luck!!!

Anything But WAYNE! ...... I had a Question a Few Months Ago that showed Where I had Found 54 ( or Near there) Serial Killers and a Couple of Cop Killers That All had the Middle Name Wayne :-s

Typically choosing a name to honor a father, grandfather, uncle or other relative is considered appropriate. Otherwise choose something that sounds good with the first and last names for when you get really mad and have to use all three names in public: Sebastian Charles Smith!
