Illegal immigration - Financially penalize employers and renters (good revenue for the state as well!), Only essential human needs provided to illegal aliens.
Limit annual spending to annual income - ALL tax increases would be voter approved. Taxes and fees will be spent where they are collected (for example, only 5% of fees collected by the state forestry are used for the state forests)
Incentives to move jobs into the state - Worker's comp reform, State funding for emerging industries
Make teacher's and schools accountable for performance - Fire teachers who's students consistently fail to improve during the year, school vouchers to introduce competition/alternates to public schools with poor records
Fix and improve Infrastructure (highways, etc.) - Use highway taxes for highways, not general fund.

Sorry, I couldn't get below five.

1. Education 20% on adminstrative salaries. Incentives for non-union teachers and small learning communities plus increased voc-tech partnerships with business both big and small.

2. Quick stop health centers. 20 minute maxtime with doc. First come first serve. Emergencies get no help docs get percentage loan forgiveness based on patients seen and years of expierence.

3. Increase in legalized sin. Areas where prostitution, drugs, and blackmarket are legal. But not because I want it that way. Under the table kickbacks go toward community revamping.

4. The one and done law. Politicians cannot be career and be part of city government. Citizens are encouraged to run and make change happen knowing that stuff that works will not get you re-elected. One term and your done. Or the adding of a permanent "NONE OF THE ABOVE" option on all campaign ballots.

stop homelessness, by giving all people a voucher for a place to stay, i would do this by taking funds [from taxes to pay for this] [yes raise taxes]

increase food stamps for the poor and also a voucher for personal items and househood items [raise taxes]

i would stop crime by giving long terms for convicts[ make a law do the crime do the time]

make the law that the higher income you have the more taxes you pay and if you are under $25,000 no taxes at all
