both parties have a right to the child unless otherwise specified by the court. If you are paying child support, you have every right to see your child, whether it be on your own or under supervision if for any reason. If the other person is holding the child back from you, take them to court to have your rights recorded through the courts with specified times and what days.

Just cause a party pays support doesn't mean that they are granted rights to visit. Its different in every state of course but they are 2 different court issues.

you would have visitation rights unless the court deems that you are in a situation that would be harmful to the child. How much visitation will also be determined by the court. It is usually called reasonable access.

It all depends on which state the Custodial Parent resides. In the state of Georgia, the CP does not have to allow visitation from the other parent even if receiving child support.

It depends on the situation and the age of the child(ren). I know someone who's father is paying child support to her mother, but she does not visit her father (by choice though). You should ask a professional this question.

I am from AZ they made him PAY and NO Visitation, every and put a restraining order to keep him away but there was no reason other than me not wanting contact, paying doesnt=visitation. Some dads get visitation even if they dont pay.

Not necessarily. It would depend upon the situation that built up to the split, and also what would be best for the child.
