There is an adjuster on the back side of the cylinder. It has one bolt holding it in. The center of the adjuster has a bolt. On a Honda, if you take the adjuster out of the cylinder and loosen the center bolt, the adjuster will stick out all the way. Thats good. Then just reinstall the adjuster. It self adjusts. Your bike looks like it's got the same style adjuster.
This is a parts fische for your bike. #10 is the adjuster.

This bike has an auto tensioner on it. They do hang up once in a great while. The tensioner mechanism is at the back of the cylinder. If it is hung up you can free it by removing the 10mm (or 8mm I'm pretty sure it's a 10 though) cap bolt on the end of the tensioner and turning the head inside of the tensioner back counter-clockwise very slightly with a small slotted screwdriver and then letting it go. If you note the tensioner unwinding clockwise further than the point you started then it was indeed hung up. If you don't feel any spring tension when you turn it back counter-clockwise then the spring or some other part of the tensioner is probably broken and you'll have to replace it.
If you want to verify that the cam chain is well tensioned remove the valve cam gear cover on the left side of the cylinder head and simply wiggle the chain on both sides of the gear heading down towards the lower end of the motor. Both sides should be taught without any looseness.

In between the engine block in front there should be a nut with a lock nut behind it. loosen the lock nut and adjust the front nut to the setting you require. OK?

loosen the axle, push both cams to the next notches so the chains as tight as it should be then tighten the axle.
