i know people say it all of the time but just cutting down on meals, eating healtheir, and working out really helps. im on a swimteam and i just get abbs from swimming. what really works is sit-ups though. just do some during commercials while you watch tv. do it everyday and you;ll begin to get an outline of some poteintal abs. running also helps with your leg muscles.

Squats... As heavy as you can with low reps. You will have to do them EVERY DAY. Building your Gluteus muscles (rump) is a slow process.
