Unfortunately, no I don't always finish what I start. I have about 10 or 12 short stories and part II of a novel that lay in wait in my home office haunting me even as I type. And something else,

For the most part, yes, but not always. I procrastinate on some smaller stuff to take care of more important stuff. I like to think of it as prioritizing but sometimes that's just an excuse.

Yes. It is good practice that can be carried out at work, with family, and with life. You will find that it is very fulfilling that you can finish what you accomplished to set out.
