Personally i don't think life has a pre-written truth. Like one of the seven universal laws, the law of relativity, explains that everything that ever existed and will ever exist has no intrinsic meaning of itself until we set one ourselves. In other words that everything "just is" until we find some descriptive noun or adjective to bring it to existence. Life, tricky concept as it may be, does not escape this fact. Life, for us is nothing more than a human state of mind which we, as intellectuals, use to describe who we are, what we live and technically everything else that simply is which is part of life. Once, when we were neanderthals with less cognitive ability than a dung beetle today, the concept of "life" did not exist, our only worries were food, shelter and sex. Once we began to rationalize our existence and began asking "why" then the concept of life sprung forth. So no, life, and everything that makes it what it is, is simply an outlook perception of what we are, see and feel. What we obtain through our senses is what we use to describe life, therefore no, it has no truth written in stone. In fact you could say it is written in paper and we keep erasing and editing as we go along in our existence. Thanks for asking this question, i really enjoyed answering it.

Your vague metaphor only allows for vague answers.
Truth is always in relation to something else, not some stand-alone entity. For example, what the media presents is merely a trivialization of information, and the published research like the "Theory" of Evolution is so silly or obvious that it borders on self-parody. One study or story may hint at an emerging truth, and possibly offer a diverting bit of entertainment, but in general that is all it is—a hint and a diversion.
Saint Augustine wrote some 1,500 years ago, that “When regard for truth has been broken down or even slightly weakened, all things will remain doubtful.”
To be justified in truth is not just a matter of living morally, or of following Ten Commandments "written in stone," but of establishing harmony between the activities of the interrelated parts of the whole; of being in total equilibrium with God and the Law of God. The truth concerning anything depends on the principle of relationship, e.g., it is okay if you kill as the only option for the purpose of self defense.
But the subject is more easily understood if the question is formatted as "what is the truth concerning "X?" This is because truth concerns itself with the proper function of things, their purpose, and the correct interaction with, and use of things.

The truths are things and situations that agree with our reality. As our reality is defined by our belief, and our beliefs change over time, our reality changes over time. Accordingly, a situation once considered a truth may later be considered otherwise.
I'd say the truths of life are written in sand rather than stone.

countless variations of the understanding exists: some say ministry, others ministration and ACV says, " 7 yet while the administration of death in writings engraved on stones handed off in glory, so as that the sons of Israel ought to no longer gaze upon the face of Moses with the aid of fading glory of his countenance" the translation interior reason basic. once you study verse seven, you notice this "writings engraved on stones handed off in glory." As Paul explains in yet another place, the regulation Covenant replaced into death dealing with the aid of fact it replaced into suited and could no longer be obeyed completely with the help of sinners. subsequently it became an administration or ministry of death considering that all sinners, even sins in suggestions purely, carried the death penalty. This Paul speaks of right here in Rom 7:10, ACV, "and that i found to me, the commandment being for all times, this is for death" In that way, that which replaced into stable and suited became a instruct to Christ considering that all who died decrease than the regulation covenant found out that works could no longer keep - nonetheless it promised life with the help of works to any obedient individual. This made the regulation of religion by Christ mandatory. subsequently the regulation covenant written and engraved on stones replaced into the ministry of death, or administration of death.
