There are many different things to deal with different forms of loss...
If they pass away and you are religious, just think that you will see them again someday. If you aren't religious, think of all the memories you had together and try talking to someone.
If it was a break-up and you still care for them, tell them how you feel. If they don't feel the same, maybe it wasn't mean to be. Talk to a friend about it.
If it was a friend and you two just aren't friends anymore, think about why you aren't friends. If the reason wasn't worth your friendship, tell your friend...
But no matter what the form of loss is, talk to someone...anyone about it. It's not healthy to keep things bottled up...if you need to talk, email me...stacey_marie_08@yahoo.com

Stay busy, get involved in a project - even if it's taking a walk around your neighborhood!!!!!!!!!!!! No music that even vaguely reminds you of anything!! Remember this is a period of mourning and the blues (and all of the stuff that goes with that emotion) are very natural part of the healing process. Gotten screwed over a couple of times in my life, it isn't easy but forcing myself to do things (and time) got me through some incredibly dark days. Feel for you.......................=\

well what ever kind of loss it is be it death or a break up or even the loss of an animal or what ever ...they have group meetings & stuff you can go to....just remember it is normall to cry & cry a lot ...also stuff your face with your favorite sweet things like ice cream or cake or what ever u usually limit your self to,go to a spa & get your self pampered for a while go back home & cry some more!......also remember that it takes time to heel & lots of it!!...you will never forget what or who you lost but in time the pain will dull and eventually it will fade very small and be replaced with just, i dont know like a feeling of remeberance and love thats still sad but not overwhelming so ....good luck on whatever happened to you!!

Look to your friends for support. The best thing to do to get your feelings out is to write about it. Write in a journal. No one ever has to see it except for you. Write and then don't read back what you wrote until you have accepted the fact that this person is gone. Stay strong!

baby girl, did someone pass away? or someone broke your heart? first, let it all out, have a good cry. then you need to find your center. within yourself, you will find peace again.
