Depends how long you were swimming. You should c hange it every 4-5 hrs even if it hasn't leaked. It's just not good to keep the same tampon in there for too long.

Yes. The chlorine that is absorbed into the tampon cannot be good for your insides.

Some people may say no because when get inside of water it stops the blood from flowing but i would just to feel fresh again and dry.

Yes u should i do all the time it the best thing to do if u don't u would have let blood flow....yeah i know about this stuff I'm only 15....But my mom is a nurse....
