Yes...you should! What will be the best is if you don't wear that thing. Go with a pad...it is the best you really don't have to think about getting infected or anything in that nature!

it would prbably be a good idea.....being that chlorine is in the water you dont want that stuff clinging on to your tampon

it's all full of water now, so yes, probably it would be a good idea to change it so it absorbs...what it's supposed to.
