Click on edit my info in your yahoo answer profile..Then click on use my 360 profile picture....The only thing is you have to sign up for the yahoo 360..Its not a big deal you can make it so nobody can view it..I just have one picture posted...Its kind of like myspace.....Like I said make it private..

If you get a Yahoo! 360 account, you can set your avatar to show a picture from your 360 account. Yahoo! 360 is similar to MySpace.com, and if you use that you know that people set an image to display themselves as - and it is the same with Y! 360 and Y! Answers

And sign up for an account and then upload/link to a picture for Yahoo to use to display you and your name.
If you are under 18, you cannot create one of the 360 accounts, however.

make a yahoo 360 account and then upload the %. you want and then contained in the options decide on regular and then on your yahoo solutions profile bypass to edit my information and set photo as 360 %.. its really easy..

create a 360 page its on your profile page
upload a picture to your 360 page
in your profile select 360 page picture you uploaded

yea update your account to a 360. but i really dont recommend you to put a picture there, people can be quite rude about it.
