I'm the same way - natural dark brown hair and bright blue eyes. I'm not sure it's rare, more uncommon - blondes tend to be fairer, hence the blue eyes. The less pigment, the lighter the color.

I wouldn't say it's rare, just uncommon. Brown hair and brown eyes is much more common. Blonde hair and blue eyes are recessive genetic traits, but they don't necessarily travel together, so you can be brunette with blue eyes, or blonde with brown eyes. I am a natural brunette with blue eyes. My neice is a natural blonde with brown eyes. It happens!

This is so interesting. I grew up with brown hair and blue eyes. Even the whites of my eyes are not totally white, they are blue but I've never thought anything about it.
Then when I started greying, I am 58, I had my hair frosted with highlights and low lights so the grey could come in without much notice to it.

Blue eyes are the result of recessive genes, so it is more rare to have blue eyes than brown. Brown hair, not so sure. I know a bunch of blondes with brown eyes, although the majority do have blue eyes (that I can think of).

People with brown hair and blue eyes ROCK! :)

If it's natural, it's not rare.
Natural does not look fake.

Natural brown hair and blue eyes totally not rare. I see it all the time actually.

Most people have brown eyes. Blue is a recessive trait. Blonde hair is also a recessive trait.

Over time, more and more people will have brown hair and brown eyes.
