Usually during winter. Probably happens in the mornings more; when I'm dressing for work and pull on any nylon or woolen garment that hasn't been touched by fabric softener.
Also, used to happen with nylon brush in winter but I don't use nylon bristles any more.

During the winter months when the air is very dry inside from heating (low humidity)... fine hair is the worst. Humidity gives the frizzies, not static, I find.

I think that static is cause by the shampoo and if you don't apply conditioner to your hair it makes it worse... so it always helps to put on conditioner weather it be in the shower or leave in container...

ahh i HATE static.
i get static hair when its humid outside!
usually summer/hotter weather during the peak hours of the day.

not really...im african american so that may be a reason why...... Every blue moon i might find static in my hair but thats only when i get a fresh perm.......(winter months and all times of day)
