Hey everyone,

I just quit my job at a bank, because my manager was giving me problems. I worked very hard, but he just took all the credit and he never helped me. BUT, should I get him in trouble or not? He is all over his assistant....They touch each other when the customers leave. I have also caught him with his assistant at the lake the other day. I could tell his girlfriend.
I could also tell the president of the bank how they touch each other and was actually caught by the bank cameras SEVERAL times.
Should I just leave his *** alone or get him?

Why would you waste another second thinking about some dolt that is clearly part of your past. You need to be spending your time getting a new job, or developing some sweet new skills (bowstaff skills, computer hacking skills, etc.).

Forget about your lousy old boss and start looking for a lousy new boss.

You know what,

some people will say now is the time to be the BIGGER man.

But I say only IDIOTS will be the bigger man right now.

Yes Karma will probably come back to bite him in the a$$, but if you don't plan on working there again, feel free to do what is right, and that is to AT LEAST tell his gf he's been cheating on her. =)

As for telling the president, you'll have to do that in a professional way with many legit reasons where it does not make you look like you're just tattle telling.

"Don't regret what you did, but regret what you DIDN'T do."

Hmm that all depends on how you want to get him back. You could always try and frame for sexual harassment.
But I think if your not happy you could always quit and find another job. I am sure with your skills you could do alot better.
Hmmm you could also claim to upper management, let his boss now that your working your *** off and he getting all the credit.
Ratting on him, is not an option simply because it is not corporate ettiquette.
You could torment his life and slack off, slash his tires, put ex-lax in his coffee.....you know......;) but that a kind of childish.

Leave it alone. In the great scheme of things, this is one of those experiences you hope you won't endure again. You will not be seen in a positive light by anyone you tell, so just move on. You did the best thing which was take care of yourself by getting out of that type of environment.

What you have explained is commonly called sexual harassment and it needs to be stopped. You should notify your personnel office or EEO representative. Even though you quit, you have moral duty to ensure others are not harmed by this individual.

What do you have to lose? You gave up your job because of him. He sounds like a pig! Keep the personal aspect out of it, keep it on a professional level.

You won't be able to "get him". They'll see you as a disgruntled ex-employee who's just trying to cause trouble. You're not as powerful here as you think.
