In dating I would have to say always picking up the check for meals and always deciding where to eat or where to go is a bit too aggressive.
In bed there are very few things that could be considered too aggressive. I might bleed before I think its too aggressive.

This is one of the biggest misconceptions today about romance. The modern, confindent man LOVES an aggressive woman.
A woman who takes initiative is a big turn-on. The only things that would be over the top would be actions that are inappropriate or embarrasing (like walking up and grabbing his tush in public or making lude comments in earshot of others).
A classy, but aggressive come-on is A-OK!

Knocking me to the floor, pouncing on top of me, and sticking her tongue down my throat before we've been introduced is a little much. Beyond that, aggressiveness can sometimes be exciting.

Projectile weaponry (guns, crossbows, etc.)
Anything less than that, and it depends on the individual.
