Members of the House of Representatives are elected every two years. Each Representative serves for a two-year term and may be re-elected an unlimited number of times.

The entire House is up for re-election every two years, since all members serve two-year terms.

1/3 of the Senate also goes up for re-election every two years, with each member serving a six-year term.

Read Sections 2 and 3 of Article I of the Constitution.
