Yes they kissed but it was part of a storyline, they arent involved in real life. Why she kissed him? Batista was about to enter a tag-team match (w/ Rey Mysterio) against MNM and so Melina tried to 'persuade' Batista not to enter the match by getting on his lap and implying that she did more than kiss him.
Batista went on to go into the match and win it (I'm not sure if Rey and Batista got the tag-tiles that time). In later episodes Melina claimed that Batista sexually assaulted her but it was more like the other way around!

Yes Batista and Melina did kiss and Melina kissed because she thought they made a deal but when they were done kissing Melina asked if they had a deal and then Batista said no he was still wrestling MNM and then he said thanks for the warm up though and then he started to flex and then after that Melina tried to sue Batista for sexual harrassement

Yes they did in the beginning of this year. Melina actually seduces him, sat with her legs wide open on his lap and kissed, they even show what it seemed a sex scene of them two.

yes she kissed him because she tought he would withdraw the match between him and mnm.but after the make love in the locker room,she tought they had a deal .in conclusion batista won the match and after a week or something melina sue batista for harassment.

Yeah becuse Melina came i his locker room and telling him if he wanted to have sex with him for the titles (tag team) so he did but at the end he lied Then on the next episode she made this speech about something which she said about sewing him

yes they kissed and then the next week on SD she claimed she was raped by him and was going to take him to court. this is when mark henry came back managed by melina. but after the clumsy bastard injured batista the story just vanished.
