NetZero is very good :)
You've probably seen their commercials, but don't think of that as a bad thing. Since they are so big, they probably are VERY reliable and have many different phone numbers to choose to dial-up from (incase some are in-use and not accesible). I used NetZero many years ago and it was great back then, so I imagine it's still good (most likely better) today

Netscape Internet service has a plan as low as 6.95/month with a 12 month commitment. Or it is 9.95 a month by month.

i used to have bignet for 9.95$/month. it was good - but it's dial-up so it is slow. I switched over to earthlink cable for the past 2 years.....
