Agreed, Clinton has a high I.Q. so he wasn't burned out so there must be a problem with Bush somewhere.I mean there is a big problem with Bush!

He is the only one that I know of that used narcotics.. cocaine. Clinton admitted to using marjuana but I don't think that is considered a narcotic.
