I just bought a new dell notebook, norton ghost came preinstalled on it and for those who dont know what norton ghost is, its a back up utility. so my hardrive is configured so that 26gb is set aside for backup. so when i go to my computer there's two dirves one's the C drive which every one is familiar and the other one is the D drive this is the back up drive set aside. I want to know how to remove it.

Your PC is partitioned into two seperate sections. One way would be to do a total reformat and reinstall.

try using norton ghost to disable it. theres another way to do it, but i think its a little complicated and unnessecary if it is norton's thing
