noun is tricky, person, place or thing. I would say if you don't value you're own life then things like dirt, dog s#%t, or a ford would be apprpriate.
Place, The former location of the twin towers. There's nothing left but an empty vacant lot.
Person, a terrorist. they go on kamakazi missions. They can't value their own life.

dejected... depressed...suicidal...it depends on how very little you ultimately do value your life (the 3 are degrees of comparison on a scale i guess)
