Say you are the manager of a retail store and you have an overabundance of returned merchandise... whos at fault?

if it consumer's returning items that they purchased and return , it is part of the business to deal with...if customers are without reciepts, that could be your loss prevention's fault too many shop lifter's check it out reciepts' or no reciepts, that should tell the story.........if you find alot of returns are with no reciepts, then you need to get a stronger security system, either more plain clothes walking around the store, more cameras and staff watching the shoppers...
after Christmas is expected many people return their gifts and exchange....[target and many stores give out gift reciepts from the register, you might try that????

must be something wrong with the merchandise. I would think the store.
