You live amongst sociopaths. It is fascinating, though I know about some factual information about their pathology, I cannot for the life of me, even begin to understand how they think. My mind doesn't work that way. You have got to wonder, what kind of mind thinks of doing something like that......
If you were to study sociopaths, you may gain some understanding, however, you will never find peace through understanding. Most of us humans have a conscience, and the lack of conscience in a sociopath is very disturbing.

Because they want to see a fight, but they're p*ssies and they won't fight themselves. I say every person who puts dogs in fights should have to trade places with their dogs--see how well they do against a Rottweiler or a pit bull (Staffordshire terrier). It's just macho posturing. Same sh!t with c*ck-fighting (and I *do* mean roosters, though a fight between angry penises to the death might be interesting--hell, I'd watch that!) and bull-baiting. In Shakespeare's time, it was either watch bear-baiting or go to a fresh play by the greatest playwright of all time. And people debated which to watch! Too bad it's five hundred years later and some people would still rather see a bullfight or watch a dog chase a pig. Sick violent tendencies are definitely out there. I guess they feel aggro but don't want to actually risk getting hurt, or they don't have any empathy for animals. Maybe violence never goes out of style.

For sport and if the dog was not domesticated and living in the wild they would kill each other anyway. It kills me how people try to humanize their pets, and we wonder why are the street heavily populated with stray dogs starving to death. I think people are so self centered when it come to pets and the domestication of them, in their hearts they believe they are doing right, but ultimately they are setting the animal up for failure by weakening it. Stop trying to change nature, your killing the animals more then a person who beats him daily, at least the poor animal know what to expect when it is with a master that beats it ! Instead of thinking that its human and will get treated equally in this world when it wont.

Dog fighting in the UK is illegal, if its here that its supposed to be going on I suggest you contact the RSPCA and police to find out what they're doing to try to stop it. It was made illegal precisely because of the barbaric nature of what they (the people involved) call sport and because it contravenes all law relating to animal welfare. It used to be a big sport with heavy betting placed on games - there are some sick people out there - but it got driven underground and I know that the law responds harshly to any illegal dog fighting going on these days so make sure you do your bit to help stamp it out and report any you hear of.

To make the Almighty dollar from sick people who are willing to pay. It used to be chicken fights. It is illegal from what I understand, but maybe not in your area. It's bad enough to hear on the news what dogs have done to kids much less train them to fight till the death. Just my opinion:-)

This is a sick and cruel display of inhumanity to animals. There is always a "greed" aspect to dog fighting. It's about "show me the money"
These animals suffer and have souls. My advise is to contact your local animal authorities and refer them to what's going on and ask to be anonymous.
You will be doing a great justice to those who cannot do for themselves.

they should be reported of this and now
i ask the same thing as to why.
this is a lot of animal abuse and the legal stands point of this is
that if your in a dog fighting ring you can go to jail for up to ten years and the lose of any pets fighting in a ring.
this must be stopped
it's not a sport.

because they are greedy for money and either turn a blind eye or are oblivious to the animals suffering because of this. you are shocked by people allowing this to happen ,do something about it telephone the police or rspca, anonymously if better for you and tell them, the animals cannot pick up a phone to help save themselves from this dreadful so called "sport", but we as human beings can and do. it is a banned and illegal practice countrywide.because it is a cowardly and barbaric "sport"

I feel there should be more consequences for this action. My family had to give up, a member of our family in April, our sweet puppy of 18 years, Cocoa(Beware). Watch them come and go, but she had to make sure she was the center of attention. Just like losing my own child.
